The Royal Masked Dancer is one of the Royal Archetypes in Metaphor: ReFantazio. It is the complete embodiment of power for Junah, with world-changing power that shields you with a kaleidoscope of facades. Special masks allow for use of unique abilities that can exploit weaknesses while dealing damage. It is weak to Electric damage but strong against Ice damage.

The Royal Masked Dancer is a part of the Masked Dancer Lineage and its final, ultimate form. The Royal Masked Dancer Archetype is a specialized class built for those who have been using the class throughout their playthrough.

How to unlock the Royal Masked Dancer¶

The Royal Masked Dancer is unlocked during your next free moment after reaching Rank 7 with Junah. This will require you to continue to talk to Junah throughout the game to reach Rank 7 and have level 4 Imagination.

On top of that, as with all Archetypes, you will need to level up two other clases: the Persona Master to Rank 20 and the Trickster to Rank 20. It will also cost you 30,000 MAG to equip the Royal Masked Dancer.

Royal Masked Dancer Skills¶

The Royal Masked Dancer has access to the following Skills by default:

• Ruin’s Flameflower - Deals heavy magic Fire damage to all enemies. Removes targets’ buff effects. (42 MP)
• Hellfire Dance - Inflicts all enemies with a one-time weakness to Fire. Ignores resistances. (26 MP)
• Ice-Blue Dance - Inflicts all enemies with a one-time weakness to Ice. Ignores resistances. (26 MP)
• Magic Surge - [Passive] Increases magic skill Attack by 25%.
• Noble Dancer’s Soul - [Passive] Prevents Turn Icon loss when an enemy is defeated using Fire, Ice, Electric, Wind, Light, Dark, or Almighty magic.

Royal Masked Dancer Synthesis Skills¶

The Royal Masked Dancer also has access to the following Synthesis Skills:

• Masquerade Charge - Greatly increases the party’s physical attack damage once per battle (26 MP) [Allies needed: Gunner, Masked Dancer, or Berserker Lineages]
• Danse Macabre - High chance of one-hit killing all enemies (12 MP)
