The final showdown with Louis is approaching, as the Royal Palace now took to the skies. The only way to reach it is by using your skyrunner, but it looks like the end is nigh. While this may seem like the final story, it’s not quite yet, and you will still be able to do things after completing it. However, the Skybound Avatar dungeon is quite long, so make sure you’re prepared before entering it.

Skybound Avatar - Front Parlour¶
When you first enter the dungeon, you will see that the palace is all kinds of twisted. There will be two ways to go, either east or west, at the very start, but for now, let’s head west. At this point in the game, you should have Alonzo’s Bond high enough to ascertain the weaknesses of the normal enemies from the beginning of battles. If not, then just look above to find them in the one table. There are plenty of spots in the grassy areas, where the Homo Tentas are buried in the ground, so keep an eye out for them.
Defeat all of the enemies in the area, then loot the Gold Medal by the bushes. On the western side, go south first and watch for the gargoyle, as it’s an enemy, but it’s a low level one that you can defeat on the overworld (remember to use Fae’s Sight to look for the white outline, which indicates an enemy). The item down here is a Magla Candelabra, so grab it and continue north. There are two rooms up here, so enter the one on the right for another item, a Great Spirit Dust. The other room has a number of enemies, so take it slow, and don’t worry too much about the Dark Elmenta here.
After clearing the room, loot the blue orb for a Regalith Silver, then open the chest for some Sealed Gauntlets. Return to the beginning and head east this time. Pass through the little grassy spot and head south to find a Hero’s Leaf of Light in the corner. From there, continue straight north, using your Fae’s Sight to spot the fake gargoyles that are really enemies. There will be two rooms to the north, one of which doesn’t lead to anything, but there’s still an item inside it (Pristine Looking Glass). In the other room up here, you will find a Homo Luma, which is an annoying enemy that is a little slippery to hit, plus it also likes to buff its evasion often.
Defeat the fishy creature, as well as any other foes here, then open the chest for a Proletariat Abacus; there’s also a Calendula Glass by the door. In the adjacent room, an enemy is guarding the next door, plus one of the two gargoyles nearby is a higher level one, so be careful. Once the coast is clear, pass through the door for a scene. It looks like your path up the stairs is blocked, so the only way is to go through the door below. Before you do that, though, head to the southern end of the room for a Dragonblood Sap. The door will lead you to the Royal Garden area of the dungeon.
